Ingrid Punderson Jackson is a full-time licensed real estate broker living in Cornwall, Vermont, with her husband, artist Woody Jackson and young sons. Ingrid grew up in Vermont and received her BA from Middlebury College in 1988 and also attended Japanese Language School at Middlebury.
Prior to selling real estate, Ingrid was an accomplished alpine skier. She raced with the U.S. Ski Team in 1984, then spent four years on the Middlebury College ski team (as a three-time, Division I NCAA All-American) and finally joined the U.S. Women’s Professional Ski Tour where she was named Rookie of the Year in 1991. Her skiing career took her all over the United State and Europe, to ski resorts and mountain towns. Ultimately, she decided to settle in the Middlebury area for its welcoming community and remarkable landscape.
In 1995, Ingrid became a licensed real estate broker—a career encouraged by her father, Frank Punderson, who has been brokering Country Properties throughout Vermont since the early 1960s. She joined Coldwell Banker Bill Beck Real Estate, located in Middlebury, Vermont, and quickly grew to love the profession. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, the land and its people, informed and enhanced her abilities as a Realtor®.
In 2005, Ingrid established Ingrid Punderson Jackson Real Estate in Middlebury, Vermont, and enjoys continued success in the Mid-Vermont area.
Amey Ryan is a full-time, licensed real estate agent living on Lake Dunmore in the town of Salisbury, Vermont. She lives with her husband Tim and their four cats! Amey grew up in N. Quincy, Massachusetts and after graduating from Castleton State College in Castleton, VT she decided to make Vermont home for good.
Since her graduation in 1999 from Castleton, Amey has been immersed in the community and has built a strong career in real estate. She started at Lang Associates in Middlebury where she worked as an office manager and a licensed assistant for the managing broker. This was an invaluable experience that allowed her to move on after 14 months of training to a larger office. From 2000 until early 2008 Amey worked out of the Coldwell Banker Bill Beck office in Middlebury. There she was offered a unique opportunity to train and work with some of the top agents in the county. Working in a large office provided many opportunities to grow and prosper, however, after almost eight years an even better opportunity presented itself.
In early 2008, Amey and Ingrid began their partnership at IPJ Real Estate. With the help of Jen Neil, the Transaction Coordinator, Amey & Ingrid hope to provide each of their clients and customers with top-notch service in a friendly and professional environment.
