Meet Ingrid

Ingrid Punderson Jackson is a full-time licensed real estate broker living in Cornwall, Vermont, with her husband, artist Woody Jackson, and five boys ranging in age from three to 20. Ingrid grew up in Vermont and received her BA from Middlebury College in 1988 and also attended Japanese Language School at Middlebury.

Prior to selling real estate, Ingrid was an accomplished alpine skier. She raced with the U.S. Ski Team in 1984, then spent four years on the Middlebury College ski team (as a three-time, Division I NCAA All-American) and finally joined the U.S. Women’s Professional Ski Tour where she was named Rookie of the Year in 1991. Her skiing career took her all over the United State and Europe, to ski resorts and mountain towns. Ultimately, she decided to settle in the Middlebury area for its welcoming community and remarkable landscape.

In 1995, Ingrid became a licensed real estate broker—a career encouraged by her father, Frank Punderson, who has been brokering Country Properties throughout Vermont since the early 1960s. She joined Coldwell Banker Bill Beck Real Estate, located in Middlebury, Vermont, and quickly grew to love the profession. Her firsthand knowledge of the area, the land and its people, informed and enhanced her abilities as a Realtor®.

In 2005, Ingrid established Ingrid Punderson Jackson Real Estate in Middlebury, Vermont, and enjoys continued success in the Mid-Vermont area.
