Our policy is to encourage ALL purchasers of real estate to engage a home inspector.  Buying a home is an incredible investment and you should be an informed Purchaser.  We encourage you to interview more than one inspector and discuss your concerns with them.  The inspection process can be a great learning experience so we also encourage Purchasers to be present during the home inspection.  We have experience with some, but not all, of the inspectors listed here.
